SPECTATOR MAPS Revisions Due to the Weather.
Due to the rain we have already had to drop one section of the race course. This is the first two pieces of singletrack off of McLean Road. As such the first two Viewing Areas that we have recommended have changed. There is now just one in this area. The map is updated and revised below. Further changes to the coursemay create other changes to the maps. Check back here before race day.
We always get requests about where to go to view the race. Typically people ask for a course map. We don't print one. The reason is that there is a substantial portion of the race that is on private land. If you had a course map you might be tempted to ride there when you're not permitted and we obviously wouldn't want to create problems for these generous land owners. Here are 2 (PDF) maps that will get you to 4 different places where you can view the race safely away from major roads. We won't be printing these maps off. You'll need to print your own copy. Please remember not to block roads, driveways or obstruct the racers.
